This is a keto dessert recipe to make this Summer for my keto diet community. Keto Raspberry Crumble is an easy, delicious ketogenic treat you can serve to your keto and non-keto friends. <br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time 20-25 minutes<br />Servings: 9<br /><br />INGREDIENTS<br />2 cups raspberries<br />2 t arrowroot powder<br />1/3 c Swerve Sweetener<br />1 1/2 c almond flour<br />1/4 c Swerve Sweetener<br />1/4 c Lakanto golden monkfruit<br />1/4 c walnuts<br />1/4 c pecans<br />2 T hemp hearts<br />Pinch of salt<br />3/4 c of butter (not sticks), cold <br /><br />1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<br />2. In a medium bowl, combine the raspberries, arrowroot, 1/3 c Swerve and vanilla. Set aside. <br />3. Using a food processor, add almond flour, 1/4 c Swerve, golden monkfruit, hemp hearts, walnuts, pecans, salt, and butter. Pulse until the mixture looks like coarse crumbles. <br />4. Spread berry mixture inside a square baking dish. Add crumble mixture on top and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool.
